This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on September 18th 2025 between:

Client: Manda Prinds
Service Provider: Savanna Pike

 

1. Ongoing Services Provided

Provider agrees to provide the following services for the Client’s photography business:

• 4 curated social media posts per week (feed content)

• 2 story posts per day, 4x per week (8 stories per week)

• Assistance with creating Session posts (via Session platform)

• Following & unfollowing 100 accounts, 4x per week

• Post boosting/ads management including regular targeting adjustments, with $150 monthly ad spend budget (paid separately by Client)

• Creation, setup, and postings for a Facebook Group page

• Growth support across Client’s connected social platforms specifically targeting to grow mini session bookings

 

2. One Time Setup Scope of Work

Provider agrees to set up Client’s Session booking software, including:

• Account setup and branding customization

• Calendar and payment integration

• Email templates and client communications setup

• Contract and questionnaire upload

• Setup of 5 customized session types

• Creating the website for booking with session

 

3. Payment Terms

• Ongoing Services:

  • Client agrees to pay $300/month base pay for the ongoing services above.

  • Client will pay an additional commission payment of $35/client booked for that month’s mini session for up to a total additional $300/month

  • Client additionally agrees to a $150/month ad budget, which will be managed by Provider.

  • Maximum total monthly investment: $750

  • Payment for the base pay will be due by 5th of each month.  Provider to send an invoice via paypal to Client.

  • Payment for the commission payments will be due on the 5th of the following month.  To be included with the base pay invoice.

    • For example, if 5 clients are booked for the May 2025 mini session the June invoice would include $300 base pay and $175 commission pay.

• One Time Setup Work

  • Client agrees to pay $300 for One Time Setup Scope of Work.  $150 at kickoff and $150 at completion.

 

4. Term & Termination

• This Agreement begins on September 18th 2025 and continues on a month-to-month basis.

• Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice.

• No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or for ad spend once allocated.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

• Client will provide timely access to all necessary accounts, including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Session, and ad manager platforms.

• Client is responsible for providing any branding materials and photography

• Provider is not responsible for guaranteeing a specific number of followers, leads, or sales.

 

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding account details, strategies, and proprietary information.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Provider is not liable for:

• Social media platform outages, changes in algorithms, or ad performance variations.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

8. Acceptance

By signing below, both parties agree to the terms of this Agreement.
